I have been pondering this for awhile now, would it have been even possible to injure the terminator with that metal pole to a point he could feasibly escape?

He's still easily my favorite character aside from the T-800 himself, so I like pondering on ways he could've survived.

it was his fate to die I know that, but I can't help feeling that his death was justified but forced?

It seemed like he was only killed to tie up loose ends.

Seems to be the trend these days.

his death was certainly justified; he was beaten down over the entire film and even the way in which he died was filmed and shown unremarkably as if to say that us humans without fanfare most of the time

Terminator 5 thinks differently I'm sure both he and Sarah died prematurely in a few years.

I'm a bit confused on where Genisys is supposed to leave us.

Are Pops, Sarah, and Kyle the saviours of humanity now?

Is John Connor not the chosen one in that timeline?

I don't feel like sitting through that whole movie (thats apparently awful) to find out.

i actually enjoyed most of Salvation as well, I thought seeing the Arnie terminator was a bit much though, that should've been saved for the third one that would tie directly into the first film, in a perfect world of course
