Going by the logic of democrats...this must mean they are afraid of what the investigation might show.

So basically "if there is nothing to hide, why not investigate" only applies to Trump?

We know the origins of the dossier. Jeb! commissioned it, and it was prepared by Christopher Steele. What is there to investigate?

Also for as much as they cry about investigations into Hillary...I don't recall the entire report concerning her being released. So far they refuse to:

-release the full report about Hillary Clinton's latest investigation where Comey cleared her
-investigate origins of the dossier
-release communications and testimony from Obama era officials(this is why Rand Paul blocked the resolution to release the Mueller report)

Yet they also demanded Barr break the law and immediately release the full Mueller report.

The idea that Jeb's campaign funded the dossier as dirt on his biggest Rep rival Trump isn't new, it's been around since early 2017 at least.

Google something like: "Jeb Bush paid for dossier" and you'll see multiple older stories

Indeed. Jeb! funded the dossier, and after the primaries, he no longer had use for it, so the Clinton campaign bought it. So what?
