Just as it says...this is not about who is most intelligent but who has displayed the ability to think the fastest. I think this will go to the "speedsters" of the field but not limited to them....remember the Mad thinker? lol

Some obvious mentions:

1...Flash (but is there one that really stands out above the others)
2...Supes...because he's superman

3...Monica Rambeau....again simply being able to move at light speed should automatically qualify one for this.

4...Jane Foster....when she performed multiple brain surgeries at lighting speed...

Imagine knowing every possible way you get knocked out atto seconds into a fight, and not being able to do anything about it because it would change destiny, and cause irrevocable damage to the spacetime continuum. That's Thor, every fight.

Reed Richards is at ground zero of the Big Bang - the only problem is that the Creation's very fabric and laws are in chaos. Reed then melds his mind with the Alien Entity, processes the entire creation and rewrites the fundamental reality of everything:
