I honestly thought they'd abandoned the game after the shitshow it turned out to be.

I'm not surprised. Ubisoft seems to always support their games post launch.

The Division end game was a shit show and they rebuilt it 8 months later.
The Division 2 was less than a shitshow for end game but still re-built it a year later.

Breakpoint seems to be in the same boat. I know they are rebuilding the game to resemble the first one a lot more.

Heard this game wasn't as good as Wildlands so I didn't bother with it.

Wildlands was awful.
