Until there's more clarity on where Spectre stands in relation to Perpetua/the creation of the Multiverse, this is hard to tell.

Doesn't that depend on how much power the presence gives Spectre.

Something to consider

It's still hard to tell where The Presence(and his aspects) fit into Snyder's cosmology, tbh.

If we're assuming that The Presence=The Source, then Spectre should win, as he could, in theory, be on par with a Judge of the Source.

Flip side, if you believe that Perpetua's children are supposed to be more powerful than even Mxy(which I fully disagree with, mind you), then WF would stomp the christ out of Spectre.

Can Mxy affect the 6th dimension?
