She obviously takes Round 2. Even Scarlett Witch took that one.

Round 1 Thanos would win if he snaps (Phoenix never showed the ability to wipe out half the Universe with a snap). But then it shouldnt be too hard for her to stop him snapping.

Theres also no evidence she can withstand such a cosmic level attack.

No limits fallacy works both ways so Theres no way to know for sure.

Either way, I think its safe to say he probably wont be snapping.

We have to take the feat at face value.

It says 'Half of All Life" on the tin.

The proper discussion is if the Phoenix entity counts as a life form. Just because it's not carbon based, doesn't mean its not "alive". Why would the gauntlet distinguish between the two? Life is life and the gauntlet is universal.

Was she actually completely disintegrated in the ship explosions? I thought she was probably just protecting herself in a TK bubble or something.
