Not knowing a thing about Extant w/ Worlogog so imo it's between Joker and Doom.

Extant with Worlogog rewrote reality as he wanted it.
That puts him and IG Thanos on similar level.
As are emperor Joker and god emperor Doom.
So the question is which out of COIE antimonitor and Ultimate Nulifier Reed tips the scale. Honestly dont know enough about UN to say
