The original team up, Dock Ock, Electro, Kraven, Mysterio, Vulture and Sandman.

Doc Ock gets fried by lightning. Electro gets his lightning blocked with tutaminus and neck snapped with TK. Kraven gets butchered with a lightsaber. Mysterio's tricks are easily seen through with Palpatine's ridiculous levels of Force sense, and therefore is completely helpless. Vulture falls to either TK or lightning. Really, the only big threat here is Sandman.
