Yesterday, I highlighted a psychiatrist from Yale. Today I bring further news and feel it is worth a separate thread. It seems thousands of mental health professionals feel Trump is ill. This will rustle many Trumpers jimmies, and they will deflect saying it's about me. No, it's about thousands of experts.

With threads like these popping up every 5 minutes, I'm worried about your mental health, Whirly.

This president and his policies has almost no impact on my day-to-day life and I live in the country. Why does a man, nowhere near your country(s) of residence, bother you so much?

Why don't you focus your energies on improving your region's political system where corruption is far more prevalent?

Or why don't you simply get off KMC and live life a little? It must suck having Trump stuck in your head a good majority of the day.

I know I'll be learning how to sail soon and enjoy the ambiance of the open water. Learn some life-skills and have fun.

The world isn't such a big place wink I know, but there are millions of Americans who don't care about Trump outside of election time and get on with their life.

What's more concerning about a small world is that 2 unrelated Ebola cases have appeared in the city of Goma, confirming WHO's fears of global transmission becoming increasingly likely.

Does the fact that over 90% of mental health professionals are left-leaning to extreme leftists have anything at all to do with this "finding", though?

More garbage posts. Yes generally the left is more educated, that is a fact. That said clearly they don't have an agenda to push.........

In your mind of anti-right that is always a problem. Trump hasn't pushed the red button as so many claimed he would.

Yeah your right, many people have an agenda. If winning means you show how biased people are then you win.

Few things:

1. When those people get their degrees from universities that are overwhelminling leftists, yeah, you'd expect a large number of graduates to graduate with those indoctrinated ideals.

2. Depends on the area of study. The liberal arts areas, yes. Once you delve more into STEM, no.

https://www.businessinsider.com/charts-show-the-political-bias-of-each-profession-2014-11

3. And even within commonly leftist jobs and educations, there is clear discrimination against conservatives. There is a constant war with who is more "woke."

But, I'm an intellectual elite by your definition being the holder of many degrees and I'm left-leaning, as well. My degrees are from the liberal arts and STEM fields.

As someone who has been a member of the socialist elite since you were a kid. Hail Comrade! thumb up Although the left in the US is the right in Europe you bunch of Nazis.

As far as Stem goes, you'll find a great deal of liberals there too. Trust me on this. IT and newer Sciences perhaps not so much. I have never looked into it.

Personally I see the line between Arts and STEM as false and see STEAM as the future.

No need to trust you on it: the results are verified right there in the link. smile

There are a ton of leftists in STEM fields. It's just that STEM is skewed more conservative than others.

@DDM @PutinBot

I'd recommend the book Passing on the Right: Conservative Professors in the Progressive University by Shields & Dunn which reveals there are far more conservatives in academia then what one might think, but most are "in-the-closet" until they achieve tenure due to there being widespread discrimination against them and progressing their careers.

I think Economist professors tend to be the most conservative with the exception of Business majors.

That article is a promotional piece for the Yale graduate's book club, including her own book which she wrote volumes of text for and a couple other books which she absolutely is not advertising or promoting or anything because it is clearly stated right next to her profile pic, she's not promoting her book or publishing an advertisment or anything.

I respect her hustle.

Legit laughed.

Touché! Haha yeah it does DDM, it's why I always pick people like Craig Ventner as my spokesmen.

Old Man Whirly!
His actions this week further support this diagnosis in my honest opinion.

Both Jared and Melania are trying to reason with him to concede and congratulate Biden. Trump's apparently not having it.
