Yes, if he gets those, it's a one shot. (Also of note, the Superboy there is often called "Pre Crisis Superboy", but we never really see his power levels, and so can't assume just because he has SB's trappings, he has his power levels.

TTS died, in his final (And really only) LOSH appearance.


The Hypertime Superboy who appeared in Kon-El's old series could have been a version of him. Or, it could have been any random Superboy, who looked and acted like PC Superboy, but doesn't have his power levels.

Was there are time BS did not wear Metron Tech? Otherwise we can assume its standard equipment.

I'll have to re-read the story, but as I recall Metron outright rescinded his support by series end, and BZ was on his own. Which didn't end well for him.
