Can Forge make heads roll?

Forge is at a disadvantage here, mostly because he can't soak up nearly as much damage as Deadpool can.

8/10 Deadpool in a random fight

9/10 Forge if he's allowed time to prep before the fight or make something on the fly.

I think Deadpools timeing at night would be important.
Forge could blacken the sky by eclipsing the moon and sun. He'd just have to time it right and use his power the way Domino's Master was teaching with her power.
