Dr. Doom's people would add to the economy like our economy in 616 marvel.
Tech would be owned by Dr. Doom in ten years as I believe is stated in the o.p.
If Dr. Doom opens channels he might create planet wide water world or something and dominate.

Doom goes into a Doomsleep for 10 years, wakes up, and crushes them all in hth without his suit.

The villains don't beat him, but Batman does. Nobody's going to set up shop in Gotham without Batman knowing about it.

Dr. Doom used magic against Sentry instead of hand to hand.
Zatanna would probabley have to be beaten while he tries to fight Supergirl.
He can handle it though as we have seen him prepare with that godess of Asgard that he took her power from.
I think he'd have to amp the 10 mile per hour speed to a positive/negative like Nick Fury against Norman Osborn.
Doctor Doom would use phasing like Kitty Pryde and trap Supergirl in a half full glass of water.

Joker would be Doom's biggest problem.
