This is classic IG I'm assuming right?
In which case Oblivion gets blinked away.

Which means he's meaningless if he's "nothing."
Also, the IG has been felt in-between universes as well as outside them,
even in another Multiverse, even within the incredible Beyond Realm

he exists before creation and will be after multiverse die
The classic IG power-source existed "before" creation. Heck, it actually made all creation.
If Oblivion is hanging around as literal "nothingness" after reality dies,
he's still meaningless and inconsequential cause he can't act as "nothingness."
I mean, can "nothing" even slap you? hm .. uhm,
I guess that's why every time Marvel has been remade from "nothingness"
... Oblivion was irrelevant within the "nothingness" Marvel was re-created from.

is casually multiversal
The LT was not only certainly beyond "multiversal" when Warlock confronted him ...
... but LT was also backed by TOAA's "authority"
and LT was even "representing the forces" of TOAA ...
... and yet still, the LT was unsure if it had the power to stop Warlock.
In fact, even if the LT could've won (I believe he would've btw)
it still would've been a grand battle to beat the IG. (reality would be destroyed)

According to Kavannah's interpretation in the Magus/IG vs Eternity/Infinity scene,
the entire Multiverse exploded, and was then remade in a snap by Warlock/IG.
BUT, even if that On Panel perspective is not accepted, ..
... the LT vs IG scene speaks volumes.
