As far as I know.

Considering a Lightsaber is a beam of plasma trapped in a magnetic field, I'd say there are a LOT of movie characters that wouldn't be cut by such a weapon. It's not like the lightsaber is actually a mystical weapon of infinite cutting power. It's basically a plasma cutting torch given a sci fi overhaul. Anyone or anything rendered resistant or immune to thermal effects would resist a slash from a lightsaber.
