Most powerful version of Stephen Strange vs DOV Spectre whose on a mission to destroy all magic practitioners.

The ONLY version of Strange that would stand a chance is Arioch Black Mage Strange. Then it could go either way IMHO. That's how much respect I have for the Wings of Needless Sorrow.

But ya, it's even more of a stomp in that case. NO version of Strange is beating DOV Spectre.

I mean you can roll every strange villains out altogether (including wannabe "God!" sise neg or Zom), and they would get absolutely humiliated by black alice, let alone spectre

Most powerful version of Dr. Strange? That would likely be a prepped version. He'd also be likely to win this.
