It's actually from a DC spin off universe : Wildstorm. I really like the character designs on the Wildstorm crew.

Majestic is a big threat but other two are weak links. Change High to Spartan and you got a fight.

guys please don't make too many majestic/wildstorm thread, he's my favorite characters and kmc always lowball what they don't know. I hate to read threads like these and see ignorant responses
