I don't think he even has non flight speed, unless the Skrulls are faster than human. I mean unless he gained more powers, only speed he gains from the implants is Johnny's flight.

Yeah just think about it, a giant hammer wouldn't do shit against Mr Fantastic himself, so why defend himself at all? It's kinda like the whole "Duck Season/Wabbit Season" bit on Looney Toons. Daffy ends up getting shot like 5 times in the face point blank with a shotgun and survives, so why the Hell does he even bother running away in the first place? Reed has a long history of sucking against blunt force trauma, so I disagree here.

But SS is supposed to be Reed's superior... and no matter how we look at it, picking up a rock from "unbelievable distance" was dumb af and certainly no faster than simply erecting a forcefield / shapeshifting into full Thing form (he can do that) / stretching/flying away or whatever.

And yes, Silver Age nonsense. Either that or Skrulls are significantly faster than human. Well it still would be given the points already said about a force field or shifting out of the way would be faster.

It was an example of SS stretching further and faster than Reed can; Kl'rt's original appearances were all about that, proving his superiority in every way over the F4.

To be fair now, Lanterns aren't exactly known for their speed, either.

John is a Green Lantern but Super-Skrull has more versatility? I'm not gonna go Surfer Strap-On Rider mode and actually argue John will do all this, just that John COULD do things like drain him, arguably beat him up hand-to-hand (yes, there's evidence to support it), disable Super-Skrull's powers, or just freeze him in time(or at least place him in a time dilation so it might as well be time freeze).
