Who wins this battle?

Both guys have lightsabers and they fight on the streets of Tatooine.

I've not seen ep9, so unsure if Snoke does something in a flashback or similar. Nor have I seen Palps newest feats.

But going off films 1-8, Palpatine would literally wipe his ass with Snoke's face.

I'm open to changing my mind after I see ep9 tomorrow.

I'm not up on Snokes feats in other media than films but Palpatine went to a different level of power in Rise of Skywalker like a upper comicbook villain level.
