Bane vs Mac Gargan, who wins ?

By stats and on paper anyone with a symbiote could literally rip Bane in half before he realizes the fight started.

Gargan somehow finds a way to both set himself on fire and punch himself in the face before the fight even starts.

The symbiote abandons him for Bane who finally kills Batman
