Well like Iceman that Rusty might be able to access finite burns that can back people up. The storm of the century.

If Rusty Collins invents new things with his fire during battles he might be able to contend with Mjolnir.
He could for instance create a one ton firebox that can weaken opponents.
Much like Enchantress weakens her enemies.
