I mean he's through 1-9, everything has been his plan to rule or mess up with the galaxy. Even Rogue One was about his lackery's doing.

Especially PT is more like Palpatine's path to the high power.

ST also had a lot to do with him.

Yep. Despite Disney constantly touting 1-9 as the "Skywalker Saga" it's now clear that it's actually the Palpatine Saga.

Stop being such a fanboy and see sense for once. Snoke has been the one pulling the strings and Sidious himself is but a slave for the past Sith. New film confirmed it.

Yeah it was clear from Episode 1 that Snoke was the big bad. Even through the OT you could feel Palpatines tension fearing his own lab experiment.
