Your thread doesn't make any sense, you give DC 1 week of prep and place them against genuises of marvel without prep, what exactly will happen after 1 week? Will they get teleported after their prep with incredibly powerful suits made during the prep time and face off in a direct battle against Reed, Doom, Iron Man?

The short answer is no. Reed is not smarter than Luthor, imagine Brainiac and the others combined.
