Maxima.

Physicals, on top of their shared abilities.

Maxima is everything Jean wishes she was but isn't. Even without Maxima's stupendous physical attributes that dwarf Jean's or her warrior instinct that always goes for the kill, Maxima would win. She has more impressive TP/TK showings.

Maxima for the destruction.

Yeah Maxima wins big. Her superior constitution alone means that she'd be able to pour on more TK power without getting nose bleeds. Not sure about who the stronger telepath is though? Overall Maxima should be able to make this a one sided stomp with all powers in play.

It's easy enough to make one sided battles. I mean imagine a Magneto vs Hank Henshaw battle, or an Iceman vs Clayface match?
