Both at peak : Close quarters combat only ie no weapons no sabres, so basically hand to hand combat can also kick and perform manoeuvres Somersaults etc who wins in:-

1. Canon
2. Legends

Maul, his H2H feats have been far more impressive than Kenobi in either Canon.
