No proper feats for both but Halsey was killed within seconds by a spear wielding Opress. His skill level is unknown but as it stands but it seems to me that he is not very skilled.
Ima-Gun Di was killed by less skilled opponents, them being battle droids, but there were loads of them and it took quite a few hits to take him down.
I would say Ima-Gun Di takes this with moderate difficulty.
