Jeebus, that's a hell of a Spider-Man right there. He could probably give Abom a run all on his own. I mean you've got a guy who is strong enough to stop trains, buses, support bell towers, feris wheels, stop giant turbines-like machines with one arm (Spider-verse version, for those who haven't seen that) etc., who is fast and agile enough to dodge missiles, machine gun fire and even lightning, durable enough to take hits from trains, bombs, blows from Sandman etc. a highly tuned Spider-Sense at this point and an absolute shit-ton of combat experience if we add all the film appearances together. Plus has natural, organic webbing and tech webbing, including all the advanced variations the MCU version has.

Yeah Spidey keeps him busy until Logan can jab his claws in his brain.

He could potentially incapacitate him on his own with enough webbing IMO. MCU and Raimi versions in particular both have exceptionally strong webbing, based on feats like the train stop from SM2 and the bell-tower and ferris wheel feats from Far From Home, to throw out some (but by no means the only) examples. Hell, he could give him a combo of organic and tech webbing and then taser the absolute shit out of him once he is wrapped up, like he did with the drone chain he made in Far From Home.
