I really liked when Namor fought The Sentry.
Let's say that Namor is smart enough to invent dry water.
Like Pym Particles it needs to be used with caution.
With a dry water tablet can he be the strongest one on land and sea?

Doom simply has too many options to lose here.

Dr. Doom is composed of 80% water. That means even at Namor's air strength of 80 tons that he is a perfect match for anyone on land.

At the 80 ton level he is not a match for everyone on land, the Thing is stronger than that and you have several class 100+ walking around on the earth, but even at that level with his fighting skill and ferocity he'd give most a run for their money.

His eyesight can increase his chances of winning the same way Captain America's eyes moving fast increase his.
