I'd just like to go with a subject completely different.

I used to smoke, but then the nhs gave me patches and I don't smoke anymore. Patches work...... they worked for me. I think anyone who smokes should try the patch. What do y'all think?

That's great it worked for you. Especially right now it is very important to stop smoking.

Smoking hurts the immune system and kills blood. Protein and zinc are good for the immune system, also if you're a smoker, nicotine patches!

Have you found that your health has gotten better since you stopped smoking?

Yes. I can breathe so much better and I get more energetic.
