It should but that is some bad-assed looking armor though and the...funny. I just realized that Hulk recently growing spikes was proof of his admiration of Juggernaut (via Colossusnaut's transformation).

Hard question. I don't think i would be able to use the power gem properly and the basic power the gem of Cy gives you is enough to take over America.

Has there ever been a case of a normal human wielding the power gem? If so what was the result?

CGOC's effect on Cain was well known. And with no effort of his own he was a Hulk level threat after he got it.

I'd take the CGOC, and then go to Stephen Strange (or somenother mystic) to learn some magic. Remember what Cain could do after being stuck in Cyttorack dimension and learning magic?
