RKT should stomp.
I'm probably one of the few people who loved Jared as a character, but there is no way he can contend with a skyfather level opponent.

I loved him too!

He took Nekron's attacks pretty well. Problem is, a hammer to the face is still a hammer.

Jared would be completely immune to RKT's magic, but that wouldn't stop Thor from stuffing Mjolnir up his ass, or physically ripping him in half.
