Brainiac 13 (with the Imperiex's power) vs Shaper of Worlds

Well, B13, after capturing Imperiex's energy, doesn't really do much and the power is still growing in him. Shaper should be cosmic cosmic cube level, yet doesn't have many feats. At the OWAW point, I say that Shaper wins convincingly.
