Probably the Prince. No reason to believe the guns can beat his intangibility.

Both can turn intangible.

In that case definitely the Prince. He can kill ghosts.

Jill can't die though. She's the spirit of vengeance.

A minor spirit. She's not Spectre.

Saint kills Jills soul, and the Spirit finds a new host.

It's her weapons that make the difference. They can pierce anything, never miss, along with being mystical. She'd keep her distance, and maybe kill POO.

The Iron Fist is mystical. Ignored Speedballs kinetic field because of its magic. Passes harmlessly through Prince of Orphans.

But the bullets always hit their target. It would be interesting to see who wins.
