They didnt show enough details on the armor imo for me to make a decent guess. Hulk could potentially get strong enough to tear it apart. But it could also either be too tough for that, or just stick itself back together. Or maybe he could overpower the face laser back into it like Thor did with Mjolnir, but then again the laser had showings as wide as Hulks durability.

Well, he did run through the Hulkbuster's energy attacks when he got pissed enough, but it's probably a safe bet that the Destroyer's face beam is more powerful, plus this was a fully enraged Hulk (you can even still see the faint reg glow from Wanda's manipulation coming off his chest as he charges), so make of that what you will:
