Zemo in both. Ra's is a terribly underwhelming villain.

It's gotta be the first time Zemo won a physical match on KMC.

I'm not a Ra's or even DC fan, but I'd put him above Zemo...

He's criminally underrated. Sure, he's mainly a schemer and his best combat showing (fighting all TMNT at the same time) is not canon, but he still impresses me more than Zemo --- who, without the Moonstones, is not much of a fighter.

R'as and Zemo are both planners first. But R'as can at least somewhat hold his own to a degree, while Zemo... Zemo is like Grima Wormtongue from LOTR... his sword is just for the show, lol.

Liam Neeson is not that good of an actor, Schindler's List was good because of Ralph Fiennes. Batman Begin was ok because of Bale
the only movie where he was likable was in Phantom Menace

Neeson was great in Kinsey and Taken, IMO.
