Trigon gets a lot of lip-service but he barely has any direct feats. I would say he is like universal+.
And Darkseid Wars Darkseid did the almost same thing as Trigon did. Darkseid devours universes in order to engage Anti-Monitor

I always thought Trigon was below the true heavyweights like DS.

I think it depends on the version. he'd beat an avatar or the one who plays patty cake with supes but would lose to higher versions based on feats and trigon not having stuff to exploit
