That's why Mortal Kombat threads are no longer getting closed.

There have been a lot of MK comics published over the years. As long as people stick with those showings, threads like this are fine as far as I'm concerned.

Same with Star Wars. Literally hundreds of comics to choose from(and if Legends is included, thousands.)
