Namorita should probably take the first round. X-23 would definitely take round 2 though. I don't see Namorita getting around the claws.

It's quite different.

While Namorita is weaker than Namor, Laura doesn't have the adamantium skeleton.

Imho, it goes like this: Namor > Namora > Namorita
