You need a HF generally if you're a tank type against the Weapon X people.

And Bane's hf is too slow, yeah.

Which would be a great strategy, but I don't see him restraining all of her limbs at once.

He's a big guy, but not Hulk sized. And not as strong.

But it'd be extremely hard for him to grab Laura like that.
