Yeah Mongul would wreck but it could take a while depending on tactics. Terrax could win by opening the planet fought on and swallowing him, or a slightl chance if the fight is brought into space, but a straight punch for punch would leave Terrax broken.
Mongul 7/10 possibly even a sweep.

Terrax at his highest showings definitly stands a chance against Mongul's lower showings. In general Mongul wins though.
