As crazy as it sounds. He beats Hela with ease. This is a rare time someone less powerful can beat a more powerful foe.

How?

Well he can use TK to stop and send her blades back at her.
He can hold her in the air against her will since she cannot fly.
He can decapitate her with the lightsaber.

It's f*cking established! No it's not, and for an easy example Dormammu would crush Hela, Surtur, and Odin at the same time.

No way palps is beating Hela, he got killed by being thrown down a shaft and his own lightning bolts because he's utterly stupid

Hela is the Goddess of Death. She's tiers above Palpatine. She only stopped Mjolnir with her bare hand and crushed it.

1. Send her blades back at her.
2. Lift her in the air to remain helpless
3. Decapitate her.

The tactic will not be used to win but as a defense.
