I mean, based on the depictions in the movies, the implication is that Rey grew significantly between TFA/TLJ and TROS, but how good she is supposed to be compared to the elites of TCW era is hard to say. We don't have much to go by, other than her raw force showings such as TK, which is probably on par with Dooku's, though I'm hesitant to even say that (I don't see Rey being able to force dominate people like Ventress, for instance), but personally I'm going to need a bit more before I place her up there with him as a combatant.
