No it won't be easy but Wolverine would still win the majority because nothing Beast Boy can transform into can break Wolverine's adamantium skeleton and his healing ability will keep him alive. And if Beast Boy does manage to eat him, Wolverine will just eviscerate Beast Boy's innards until he's out of his stomach.

Even my usual haxx answer - that he turns into a parasite or something and attacks internally - is gone, because of that HF.
