They can't hurt each other with lightning so they will just have to try to outlast each other by seeing who runs out of lightning energy first or they can go fist to fist which I think Living Lightning would win because in his true form, he has sub-light speed, has immunity to virtually all physical attacks, and has astral-form projection on his side.

Living Lightning can pretty much do the same in his energy form. Livewire can't harm him physically but in reverse he can.

She has an energy form too, so I don't see him hurting her. Livewire has better feats, depowering Blue Beetle, hurting Kryptonians, etc...

As I stated, they can't hurt each other with lightning. Another way to go is fist fighting which I think Living Lightning wins the majority.

She would never leave her energy form. She also has better energy output, I think.

Living Lightning has no mass in his true form. Although there aren't many scans of his feats because he's not that popular.

Both can't be harmed in their energy form. but what are some of his energy feats? How destructive can he be? How is his control? Has he harmed top tier characters like LW?

I could find this scan but he used it toward humans. I know he has better feats than this.

Living Lightning couldn't harm the Hulk in this scan.

Livewire might win the lightning department but Hulk is more durable than Superman. It doesn't really matter because their both immune and live of it.

Superman is more durable, but hulk has the better healing. Livewire actually has feats of hurting Superman.

Okay you're right. Superman is more durable. Livewire has better lightning attacks.
