Against Bane, for one. But, yeah, anytime someone's steals your most valuable tool, is pretty big.

Not only that, but look at his face. Batman seemed surprises and Black Lightning said he seems more of a level 50 fighter. I have no doubt, Val would do better if he had his complete memories.
