This is true and whilst we have all laughed at a racist joke at some point in our lives, we should be moving past that. I certainly am far more culturally aware now that I was at 20 and I certainly hope most people are working towards being better versions of themselves.

We all have bad habits or traits here and there but to me it is why your actions matter not just your your self serving instincts. I mean if Kylo Ren can be redeemed not everyone has to be a self serving jerk like Palpatine.
