I dont know. The X-Men are pretty heavy in the psi department. While Saturn Girl is powerful I highly doubt she can counter Jean, Xaiver, Rachel, Psylocke, Emma and the Cuckoos.

Now physically, the Legion slaughtered the X-Men.

A fight between Magik and the White Witch could be interesting.

Don't forget Dream Girl and Sensor Girl, who are also telepaths. Legion seem more versatile, too. They have a Dr. Fate and a Golden Lantern now.
