Wonder woman is stronger, faster, better combatant, and just a higher tier hero overall. She will win almost any configuration against Bill that she's not specifically handicapped.

Love Bills but Wondy is taking this and depending on how motivated she is, she can take it easily just like she tends to stomp every other Herald that approaches her.
