2- vs. Perfect Cell (just after absorbing 18.)

This is Supreme Kai (Shin) from the Buu saga.

Probably Cell, he has a lot of tricks to make up any possible gap in strength.

Supreme Kai stomps. He was around Kid Boo level and even Kid Boo absorbs him.

Around Kid Boo level? Shin was scared shitless of Dabura, who had Cell-level power.

Anyway, Shin beats Semi-Perfect Cell. Loses to Perfect Cell... Although his psi-attacks could give Cell problems.

Holy cr*p, I thought that refers South Supreme Kai. Then, if is Shin, he loses against Perfect Cell. My bad.
