Silver Age Lex Luthor with prep vs Dr Doom with prep

SA Luthor made a time machine out of orange juice and nails etc iirc.

But then, if we went that far back Doom probably had shenanigans as well.

He has shenanigans.

Nothing quite that blatantly shenanigans, far as I can recall. I mean, Doom was kind of the mountain on CBR, and they never posted anything like that Lex time machine from citrus, paper towel tube, and random office paraphernalia.


He always needed tech for most of his cheese.

Silver age DC was loony tunes. Not much tops that. Not even Doom.

And he did it in a jail cell if I remember correctly.

Yeah.

Just be aware - this was the kind of enemy the DC heroes had to face and defeat every week.

So when (if?) DC makes EVERYTHING canon, all these feats are going to be admissible for use in Vs fights.

If DC created a storyline that brought back all silver age characters and the feats that come with them....That would be amazing.
