Not sure about pulling a planet but Spider-Man dodged a star, 100% canon to 616.

Forget the strength needed.
What I want to know is how the planets maintain their structure and atmosphere.

Too many questions:

Where did he get that chain?
How long did it take to gather those planets
Is this in fact the greatest combo speed/strength feat in comics?
Is this the dumbest sheeiite DC has ever depicted?
